Holiday Closures and Reduced Service
St. Lawrence County Public Transit is NOT in service on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day (except routes 67, 68 and 69)
- Thanksgiving Day
- Black Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Routes #67 (SUNY Potsdam), #68 (Clarkson), and #69 (SUNY Canton) are in service from August to May each year and NOT in service in June and July.
Routes #67, #68, and #69 have additional reduced service dates throughout the year to align with the college academic calendars. The weekend/holiday schedule will be used for the following holidays and time periods:
- August 1st until student move in day at each of the colleges
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day/Indigenous People’s Day
- Veteran’s Day
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday the week of Thanksgiving
- Winter Recess at each college
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Spring Recess at each of the colleges
- Good Friday
- After Spring final exams at each of the colleges
