I wanted to follow up on my very positive observations about your staff as we interacted with them this past summer. The office staff, in particular, were very helpful and courteous, and followed through. All drivers were very friendly, sharing valuable information about the area and travel options. When my wife inadvertently left her phone on one of the busses, your staff communicated well, finding the phone and holding it until we could travel back in to your office to retrieve it. Your staff was very understanding and patient with us, which greatly reduced the stress my wife was experiencing until we learned it had been found. Bottom line for me is, you have a very competent, customer-oriented staff who excel at their jobs. We greatly appreciate their help in many different facets of our travel.
